Best Tote odds?

I recall Matt Elliot always recommending Best Fluctuation.

Anyone care to comment on what they,ve found best.?

As for me I generally go Fixed odds on the shorter priced and Tote odds on the longer shots (with Unitab) but then I,m a lazy layabout.
