With the news just released that two participants have been charged by the police should send shockwaves through this much maligned form of betting.
I'm sure many other participants will be "keeping their "pointed" heads down for some time until things settle down.
However, why stop there, why don't we have a complete clean-out of other recalcitrants and clean it up completely?
Imo an ICAC officer should be appointed immediately to overseer future racing.
However, I ask the question: why was it allowed to descend into such a parlous state.......hmmmmmmm?
