Just wondering what you all think the top 5 trainers and top 5 jockeys are..

one of my mates dads used to use a system based on them. He used to pick the top 5 trainers and jockeys, interlink them every week and find a horse thats got both.. he says he used to throw 500 on every race, if he lost he'd go home... if he won he'd ******** it up.. any comments ??
