G.Waterhouse hardly wins in Melbourne. Doesn't mean she's not a great trainer.

Personally, I was mainly basing my opinions on how the jockeys and trainers go in their home state. However, I did rank John Hawkes as the top trainer because he seems to do well pretty much everywhere.
