I'm pretty sure BF Bot Manager v2 can do this. It can do it with any fav but not sure about user bets (which I take it this would be).

If you had only the one selection per race then you could set your pick as the "fav" and then the bot will not bet until x losing/winning bets in a row.

You can have a trial of it for 3 days I think.

(NOTE: I don't own the product, just try to use it profitably - an oxymoron for me if ever there was one).
