These Ratings are just something Sportz does.
They seem based on some Tipster Poll I believe because they only take Sportz a few minutes to compile.
I have often compared them to my own ratings , and feel I have nothing to learn here.
When I do put in some feedback , I think I may be on Sportz ignore List.
He just prefers to do what he does.
