bhagwan, whilst on the subject of neural systems i found this one to have a good strike rate, but selections usually very short priced...

1. top neural rated at least 50% higher than 2nd rated selection

2. top tabq rater at least 5 points higher than 2nd top rated

not many selections and usually short but good strike rate...try betting those ones $3 or better...
