Have conducted a number of "Dutch trials" myself over the last few weeks.
Realised I must be on the wrong tack when Rembrandt got up on the stand and told me to back them nags on the nose one at a time, instead.
A good example today - when I did the numbers at the end of the day, POT stood at 45% but when I stripped out the saver bets I had punted in each race along the way(none of which got up!), it was closer to 75%.
The lesson to learn for me here, remains the same - when you start to pick winners.. put your Dutch pain-t brush back in its box and back your own judgement!
