First Number is the finishing position. Second number is how many times they ran that position. Interestingly they either win or run very badly. Now I am not one to say that horse racing is corrupt but you sometimes have to wonder how those 4 horses had such a remarkable turn around in form. Also note this is now over 1904 selections as my personal databsae is slightly up to date further then the online version.
