Just like I like it, hands on, crunching the numbers the old way...

However, with two small children occupying more and more of my time, I have less time to spend on the 'form'. I could put something together myself, but thought someone may have something 'sitting on the shelf'.

By the way have you been following the success of Zipform Top Raters in recent weeks? They have hit a 'purple patch'.
