I am interested in how offical handicapper handicap each horse. Is it according to recent form, prizemoney, or age & sex e.t.c. and what is the limit weight. How can we define e.g Sunline is good handicap while ugachaka is not in this year Doncaster. It seems to me that in many races i watched there is very little chance that light-weight chances will have a real chance excpet those set-weight events or W.F.A events. Then what if i got a horse which always won prizemoney but can't win a race and is always finished near the winner 1-2 lengths each occasion. Will the official Handicapper lower the weight my horse should be carried if i compete in the same class in the near future. It is because it seems to me Australian horse racing handicapping methods is quite different to those Asian counrties. If i got a horse in Hong Kong let image the same case again the offical handicapper will lower my horse weight if they think that my horse is not competitive in this class where it is racing.

Any suggestions,recommendations, opinions are welcome
