Following on from my posting about Quarter horse races we should also have:
# Dog races for breeds other than Greyhounds/Whippets say Dingoes or Foxes.
# Cat races - they could chase a mouse instead of a rabbit
# Pigs getting chased by Wild Dogs.

The possibilities are unless!
