Attached is an xml schema that can be updated every day to get the current list - if anyone wants it.

Just right click anywhere in range(J7:N50) - XML - Refresh XML data and it will update itself for today and tomorrow's races (at the bottom)

You can then copy col C and paste values only into col B

Then highlight and copy A7:B? down to as far as you want.

Paste values only in to BG7 and hit the sort button - you should now have the list of selected races in time order.
