There is a 'view form all runners' option on the right & if you hover the mouse over a runner you see a small down arrow appear which expands some info, but I would hardly call any of that 'form'...

I think the issue might be that they had an old site running which you guys have been using, as I have been using that site I linked for sometime, for results only though & not much has changed that I have noticed.
