Who was it that lodged the oblection in thie first place normaly it would be the owners or the trainer....if this is the case they are the ones that made the mistake....most times this would only happen if the horse missed a place or at least prizemoney....it is not like a protest where your horse could improve it's finished position...nothing was to gain from this
