Russia $3.85
China $8.00

Big improvement for the Russians and the Chinese over last 8 years. Plus this time, Greece is closer for Russia and China, and they can afford to send more athletes (I don't think the cost will affect the Americans). With both the Russians and the Chinese competing harder, it should make it closer all-around, and we might see the Russians pip the USA. But I'd want to see more than $3.85... I'd take $5.00+. So at these odds, USA looks the best.
