I didn't see Van Den Hoogenband either but 1:46.00 is damn good in a semi-final and his swim in the relay was nothing short of amazing! 46.79 secs!!! Even given the advantage of about .6 secs for a relay start, that still equates to a time that would have smashed his own 100m world record. He'll definitely be out in front tonight. It's just a matter of whether Thorpe, or even Phelps or Hackett can get him down. I don't think Hackett can win, so it's between the other three.
