You really have to be disciplined and patient, but it's worth it.
I might go 5 races in a row with no bets or lays at all, then something jumps out as a real lay or bet opportunity.
I can't believe the overs some people will give, compared to the bookies boards in rare cases.
I've seen even money favourites at a lay price of $1.40 and a bet price of $2.50 (never simulateously though!).
