Hi Matilda ,,you'll notice that today the only trifectas that paid anything were the ones i picked the winners in.
You have to be confident of your selection in the race and as well as your saver (usually prepost fav).
Mornington for example R4 i was confident in Arch Of capri but also gave a chance to Siamun. R7 i was confident with Sweetest taboo but new the danger would be The Moss factor.
I broke my own rule in race 1 in Canterbury where i thought there were about 6 chances,,I liked Ultra star because it won so easily last start but wasnt real confident in Monsoon Wedding so i shouldnt of bet,,i was letting emotion get in the way..
It would of been easy for me today to just give up early,,i think i lost the first 4 races but i stuck to the plan and jagged some nice winners..
Be selective in your races. :smile:
