Like this:
ODDS = a / [ 1 + b * e^(-c * START) ]
Where
a = 0.95
b = -0.58
c = -0.033
ODDS = 0.95 / [ 1 - 0.58 * e^(0.033 * -15) ]
= 0.95 / [ 1 - 0.58 * e^(-0.495) ]
= 0.95 / [ 1 - 0.58 * 0.61 ]
= 0.95 / [ 1 - 0.353 ]
= 0.95 / 0.64
= 1.48
