Not really. First of all an ordinary NFL player does NOT get $10 mil AU a year. Ordinary players vary from about 1 mil to a few mil. Still, it's much more than in AFL etc and here's why:
NFL is the sole commercial code of footy in a country of 280 million. AFL is just one of 4 codes in a country of just 20 million. |
