i hadnt heard that but it is a step in the right direction.
remember last year bedouin won it.
his win record of the past two years is testimony to the over-rating of the race.
if it is acceptable that horses that win one race a year are candidates for group one fame then it indicates there are too many group ones.
but i sound like a knocker and i dont want to be.
good luck to the winners of the money but perhaps some of the lesser races could do with more and this one with less.
