Well, I reckon it's stupid. Give me plain simple old decimal odds any day.
Anyway, this is pretty much how it goes. If theres a + before the number, then the number basically represents how much profit you'll make if you bet $100. For example, +320 means if you put $100 on, you get back $420. But when there's a - before the number, the number represents how much money you'd have to bet to make $100 profit. In the example you use of -115, that means, you'd have to bet $115 to make $100 profit. There you go. Clear as mud.
