Ok, now this is terrible. I really do enjoy sharing ideas and working together on this (and any other) hobby. I can't imagine that this is what the forum was intended for.

Hopefully this sort of behaviour will not discourage the rest of us who are having fun. Especially insightful contributors like EI.

But I sincerely hope this example helps to curtail this sort of abuse. From a community standpoint it is a breach of trust and threatens a social establishment; and an entertaining one at that. From a legal standpoint it is an infringement of copyright as copyright is implied by the creator of the information unless it is proven to be copied or quoted from an earlier source.

So, EI, I hope that you, in conjunction with Smartgambler/ProPunter, have arranged a mutually satisfactory arrangement with the website owner -- or at least a lawyer!
