Chuck, may I suggest you re-examine this "rule" ........

Under the "more than 10" rule a horse with 1110 OR 1101 is EXCLUDED but 0019 is INCLUDED.

Interesting that there's no mention of a spell, how is 1111X differentiated from 1110X ?
