Have had a cursory glance over the maiden field in the first leg of the quaddie.
You could not seriously leave out any of the first starters and would have to include at least 4 of the raced brigade.
Only a privileged few have knowledge of the first starters.
To have to kick of a quaddie with at least 8 selections is problematical.
The clubs in cahoots with the TAB are succeeding in making this type of wagering a lottery.
It is not a lottery for those in the know though.
In the past I have likened this privileged knowledge of unraced horses as being akin to insider trading on the share markets.
