Guys, sometimes I reckon punters try to think about things WAY too much.

What were the two best horses running anywhere in Australia yesterday??? Grand Armee and Elvstroem. Someone who didn't think too much about things would have just accepted that both of these horses were in races they could win on tracks that they liked and taken what were pretty reasonable odds.

Perhaps before we go into the form too much we should just take a more simplistic view of things and look for the obvious.

For what it's worth, I backed both Regal Roller and Elvstroem in the Orr and made a small profit on the race. I didn't touch the Grand Armee race because of the small field.
