Just as a matter of interest I logged on the RSB site to see the problem but! using Firefox as a browser. It allowed me to highlight the fields and copy them, paste it into Excel and they come up formatted one item/cell.
Hope it helps!
I used to get the fields a few days in advance to find double nominations.
