I think Juan Ignacio Chela @ $151.00 and Tommy Robredo @ $81.00 are good value.

Other than that i like Guillermo Garcia Lopez @ $251.00, Fernando Gonzales @ $41.00 and Ivan Lujbicic @ $81.00
