After a 75 megabyte download via 56k modem I have it and it's basically a horse form history database with the ability to input your own ratings and formulate a race outcome. It is nowhere near as useful or powerful(to Aussies anyhow)as PPP.

It would have merit for U.K. people who want past runs etc and breeding in spreadsheet and database format - it's just a lot more basic than I anticipated...especially for the file size!
