Hmmm, perhaps I made it a bit too easy. 
When working out the salary cap to use, I thought $9m would be VERY tough and $9.5m would still be a bit tricky, so decided to use $10m. (and besides, it's a nice round number  ) It allows people to pick most of the horses they want, but it doesn't allow anyone to buy up ALL of all the top priced horses. You have to be a bit selective. |
