Thats kinda what I meant in my post #12 Mr. Bhagwan. If you also use IAS then you eek out that little bit more. If a progressive staking strategy is being used then a whole whack of $1.00 returns can be f......g annnoying, but by spreading it around there's usually one state out of whack...which is great!
