IRD is a nice program but has very tragic pitfalls.

Here's an example (I tried the demo)

I keyed in all Metro class races all grades with win % 0 - 100%
place % 0 -100%

It came up with 22% winners!!!!!

With no other boxes checked it means either some other animal won the race or horses with a win or place percentage greater than 100% are going around!

Anyhow as far as the stats go I am not looking at profit percentage of each statistic at this stage - the raw stats will help me in race ratings thats the only agenda.
