Country Cups are always pretty hard I reckon... but being a country boy I love em... I will always put the hard earned on.. ya just never know.. Most country cups are capacity fields and anything can and quite often does happen... I am not sure that favs have a great record in CC's .. someone may know, but quite often a niced priced winner can be found... didnt find one today, but there are plenty more to come in the coming weeks and months, culminating in that Country Cup they hold at Flemmo on the 1st Tuesday in Nov.. they call it the Melbourne Cup I think, and most people will have a go in that.. in a race which is probably the hardest race of the year to find the winner... 24 average handicappers..and some real plodders ....overseas horses.. millions at stake...ANNNNND it's a G1 jeez.. and I reckon country cups are hard  |
