Just reading your comments on the rail position. I really don;t have much knowledge on the effects of rail movements either in or out and therefore can;t really include them as a factor to base my decisions on. Any information or knowledge of the effects of moving barriers would be pretty useful. Cheers
Also do you record all your own tapes for form analysis or use an online service.
