• (5) Gust - Trialed very well past two, winning one and second in the other
• (3) Manzeal - Ran second at recent trial

Race 2 (1521m)

• (1) Poised to Win* - Excellent run at Flemington last start, nice barrier
• (5) Dream The Dream - Won debut and will get a nice run and pace
• (6) Up To The Knocker - Just behind the (5) last time, very consistent and will be thereabouts
• (2) Uzigal - Been racing handly in town, so will benefit from experience
• 1,5,6- 1,2,5,6, - F

Race 3 (1221m)

• (1) Acceleration - Drawn a touch wide, does get back and last preparation
• (6) Rewaaya - Absoltuely bolted in first start, up in class, but hard to fault
• (2) True Doubt - Not far beaten by very smart type last start and handles all conditions
• (3) Empress Lily - Has ran well here @ debut, won mid-week in town and has Callow
• (4) Layette - On pacer who maybe hard to chase down
• 1,2,3,4,6 - 1,2,3,4,6 - F

Race 4 (1421m)

• (1) Rinehart - Has won in town, like the conditions and has won twice over distance
• (2) Polyester boy - Loves the distance, track is a query as like it better side of dead
• (4) Captain Clipper - Old campaigner who is a professional place getter, loves it soft and like to be kept fresh
• (5) Aggro - Like it wet and loves the distance
• (8) McHale - Disappointing last start, worth another chance, has good record @ track and loves the distance
• 1,2 - 1,2,4,5,8 - F

Race 5 (1726m)

• (2) Robbos Pal* - Loves the track and the conditions suit, only query is distance
• (1) Satinspin -Up in weight this star, ran very well last start and in great form
• (9) Ski for Kings - Cost me last start, so must include. Raced wide and kept finding
• (6) Shrogginet - City winner, who will be fitter and could show up
• 2 - 1,6,9, - F

Race 6 (1221m)

• (2) Sensational Swing - Ultra consistent, found a stack of trouble last start
• (8) Garbos Storm - Really flew home last start SA Derby, does run well fresh
• (7) Chitabe - Promising type, ran on well last start after debut win that had merit
• (9) Govenor Macquarie - Consistent and very honest, has won here and distance suits, track a query
• (16) Caller One - runs well fresh, nice barrier and should find a forward position
• 2,7,8,9,16 - 2,7,8,9,16 - F

Race 7 (2233m)

• (2) Cletic Bloom - Crusified last start, loves conditions and will appreciate extra distance
• (1) Kepero - Found a little trouble last start, good formlines in last couple and likes the consitions
• (4) Reine Du Soir - Distance is a query, but is classy, has nice draw and conditions suit
• (13) Wencelas Square - Crying out to win one, down in class had Benbo claim and will appreciate in barrier
• 1,2,4,13 - 1,2,4,13 - F

Race 8 (1421m)

• (8) Matras* - Lightly raced with huge potential, wining by big margins, first up and won trial
• (12) Aqua Velva - Won well last star and formline is good for this
• (3) Light of Day - Loves track, distance and has class on his side
• (7) Design Acadamey - Ran on well last start, like the distance
• 3,8,12 - 3,7,8,12, - F
