The form data that is supplied free of charge is for you to use as you will, but not to onsell!
What difference do you think it makes, whether you access free data online or copy it into a database first?
As a matter of fact if I were the webmaster I would prefer you to download the form quick smart, and use it later in your programme, rather than having my server slowed down with your persistent queries.
