As the others said try again, or find an alternative. If they blocked your account they would tell you why. I know they have ip checkers to determine your location, so this would come up in the error message if it were the reason.
I would suggest you ring them and ask them. They have a toll free number for Australians, and they generally answer the phone immediately. |
