They may well run into a little thing called the constitutuion... you can't restrain trade between the states.. It is pretty clear on that... AS it stands at the moment the boffins who legislate are that far behind technology, that it really doesn't matter a rats what they do.... The world has changed... legal boundaries have changed... I think Betfair will get up and in 2 years we will be wondering what the fuss was.... |
