Up'n'doing ran second after looking a beaten horse 400m out, when he got going, gee he was impressive. Not as impressive as the winner, but this horse is crying out for a much longer distance. Really didn't lengthen stride until 100m out, and flew home. Why they put this horse over 1100m again, leaves me puzzled, he's looking for 1300 to 1400m in my opinion, and could be a 1600m horse later.
Stays in the blacbook for sure, but won't be backing him if they don't put him up in distance to at least 1300m, 1200m won't cut it for mine. |
