PP odds are a rating too. Just about any newspaper will give you 80% winners from the top 5, without any work whatsoever.

Having said that though, Mad is on the right track in creating a personal rating system. Therein lies runners that have a sniff of odds about them because they will be hopefully different to the PP ratings or any commercial rating service [waste of time otherwise].
