If it's in an .exe format I can't see why it wouldn't run.

But the suggestions of using virtual machines are good if you can handle it.

I'm running VB6 professional on Win10 to maintain old software I have written for others many years ago and too big and hard to convert to .NET.
So it's possible, give it a try.

Just make sure you make copies and copies of copies to save them.
