Yeap, they are definitely possible... I tend to get mine catching a bad opening # and then betting the other side after the lines have moved.

I collected US$499.5 from US$2645.5, ~19% ROI. If it didn't go my way, I would have broken even for a 0% ROI... It's a little risky because I was predicting the line movement, but I was right and it worked out well for me as I was fortunate enough to get the right side in the bout, too.
