Hi thebeans,
1. Yes you would resubscribe if you want monthly updates.
2. Because it works out cheaper IF you want monthly updates 12 x $60.00 is $720, so it's cheaper to resubscribe at $405.00. However, some clients only want updates every 3 months, 6 months or twelve months, in which case, it works out cheaper to just pay the $60 each time.
