As it didn't state the terms and conditions for payment only,
How the $200.00 free bets were to be used.

2 X $10.00 WIN BETS.
8 X $20.00 LAY BETS.
1 X $10.00 PLACE BET.
5 X $1.00 QUINELLAS.
5 X $1.00 TRIFECTAS.

If you look at the email it says seperate races, "TRIAL ONLY",
Bet within 7 days.

The "TRIAL ONLY" could mean that if you win anything,
You may or may not get paid the winnings???.

Or my suspicion is if you do win anything you deposit that amount into your account,
And they will match it with the amount won.

Say you win $100.00 you deposit $100.00 of your own,
You now have $200.00, knowing most free offers,
You would then have to turn that amount over in bets before,
Any money can be withdrawn.

My above comments are only my opinion i could be completely wrong.

As there was no clarification on it, i haven't bothered,
Your attempts in trying to find out confirms my suspicions.
