It and the #4 rank highly on that point, but usually they need another Factor with Class

Well thats me done for a dinner - AGAIN!!

Seems Form Study can only lead to miniscule Profits, if any at all.

I think I shall check out Lomacas Geelong selections from last night to see how he/she went.

gee r7 3-7 No. 3 W $1.9
gee r8 1-8 -----------------------------
gee r9 1-2 No. 1 W $2.3

gee r11 3 No. 3 W $4.7
gee r12 1-2-3-5No. 1 W $2.4

And remember, an opinion is just that, an opinion, doesn't require a ton of bricks of facts coming down on it to squash.

A simple "Interesting!" would have sufficed.

Like I posted Lomaca , I never meant to hurt your feelings.
Many times I don't mean to hurt peoples feelings, but it happens regardless.
I attribute it to my personality disorders.

I lack empathy.
I lack the ability to thank.
I lack the abilty to say sorry.
I tend to call a spade a spade, and its usually at the innappropriate times.

It seems the last point leads to, its not what you say, but how you say it.
I was curious as to what prompted you to select DECEMBRIST.
And the reason was, even though I didn't state it, was because I had it well in the Market, although all the indications were that it would fail.
Perhaps I didn't have it short enough.
Maybe you saw something that I felt was there, but couldn't see it.
Just tipping an animal makes for boring reading, although those 2 Winners you selected at Traralgon certainly provided ample compensation for anyone who paid heed.

And as for your selections at GEELONG.
I wanted to see how they went, because I had a terrible night at The Meadows, and I figured I may as well rub salt into my wounds and find that everyone else except me is getting winners.

But it seems we are all human and not getting winner upon winner.
We all have our ups and downs.
And the only outstanding thing I found in your selections that stood out Lomaca, was that in Race 11, there was an ONLY single selection for the Race, and it won at the healthy Odds of $4.70.
But you found things differently.
And thats the key.
How you wager on the race can turn average statistics into highly profitable ones.
Its good to see you done well at Geelong.
I figure that would have to be the case because you live off your punting and you have learnt to turn selections into wagers successfully.

And that is one of the major reasons I fail at winning.
Even though some of my handicapping is ordinary at times.

May your future endeavours continue to be profitable.

Leave the nasty bits all behind shall we?

As to one selection/race, my selections at the moment (on dogs) after 3 months, are running at an incredible, unrealistic, unsustainable s/r of 75 to 80%.
When it comes down to a more realistic level of let's say 40% I will post some selection.

There are two schools of thoughts to betting, one is the scatter gun approach, bet anything in sight, the other, to do the opposite and restrict your betting to well researched subjects.

I choose to do the latter.
Good luck

Default TIP!! - Be good to other members

Lomaca
If it weren't for me now making an effort to be civil, I'ld suggest your strike rate on dogs is B.S.
I would think the only way to get that sort of strike rate would be after the events and be backfitted.
OR - the number of actual selections is very tiny, like about less than ten.
Could you post how many Races actually have had only the single selection please?

This extreme high strike rate is about races with only one selection isn't it? - not every race?
You certainly must have stumbled across an incredibly accurate way of sorting Races.

I wish you would post a selection regardless of whether your strike rate comes down or not.
I'll give you my thoughts on the animal if I have any.
Thoughts that are based on any knowledge that I have.

I'll be posting just 1 or 2 Races for tonight.
