FOREGO HCP. G1 Keep The Faith #6
Good morning, OZ. ON the way to unload on KEEP THE FAITH. I read how he had an operation to help his breathing problem, 2nd time lasix, has run against the best down under, and off a North American record that looks like he did it easy. I hope I get some good odds. Be back around 9 or 10 am your time.

Maybe the 1st run over there took alot out of the horse not sure maybe he went nuts upfront in the race to he was never going to be able to run that pace he did last time over 7 furlong. He was a horse I always had an opinion of but so often he would put in a performance like that one today. Makes me wonder what this horse could have been if it could have put it all together consistently.

Yeah He ran bad. I just wonder if it was the dirt or another problem. Gary Stevens never even tried with him after he started backing up soon after the start. He was eased under the wire. It was brutal. He got bet pretty good too, but at least I didn't lose too much and there is always tomorrow.

He must have read the article about laying horses after "busting a gut" to run a record time.

That is always a fear of mine Mark and I usually won't bet one back, but I can't argue with 1:06. I think something happened to him, he couldn't have possibly ran that bad even on dirt.

Anybody hear anything about him running so bad? Not even an offered excuse?
