Are any of you guys interested in a tipping comp involving only the group 1 races for the whole season. The scoring system would be something like the following say 10 points for the winner 7.5 points for 2nd and 5 points for 3rd. But as a bit of a bonus the prices would also be added so if you picked a horse and it won paying say $12 for the win and $3 for the place then you would get 25 points for the winner obviously also if your horse ran 2nd and paid $3.50 then you would get 11 points. Let me know if your interested we will have a season champ as well as a Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Brisbane Champ.

Cheers mate, I'm getting sick of this winter racing myself. Had a rough time brisbane carnival after sydney was very good to me backing western beau straight out(60-1 beaten a long neck into third) and thought patezza was a good thing beaten in the straddie. Looking forward to Plastered hopefully dominating the spring. I'm heading over for the caufield cup this year. The cox is shaping up as an interesting race as always with Grand Armee, Makybe Diva, Plastered and maybe Vengeance of Rain.
