Default Nothing but constant rubbish

I have been member of this forum for about two years; I read just about every article in archives, I have seen dozens of the same names on the posts, coming up with al sorts of ridicules ideas over the years, and arguing that they no best, how to win, yet nothing worked, absolute nothing.
The same old blokes after years of contributing for whatever reasons it may be,
some got nothing else to do but sit on the front of PC and confuse them self’s and the readers on systems and the rest of the crap that goes on in racing industry.

I am prepared to bet money that they do not have a single bet a day, yet they try to tell someone they know what they are talking about in this so difficult racing industry.
The facts are only 5 % of lucky punters win, not because they know, but because they are gamblers and are taking the chance, nothing to do with the knowledge on horses, just pure ****** luck. Nothing else.
The only people that are making money out of this racing madness are Tab’s, racing book writers and so called tip’s providers. None of them bet on the horses.
Yet, they go on yearly trips overseas on your and my money, not because they won on races, but because they got money from fools like me and you buying they product which is useless.
Come on guy’s stop fooling your self’s and everyone else. There is no chance in betting horses. dogs and trots.
Drugs and gambling there is no deferens, both are sicknesses.
Stop before is too late.
There is no such a thing as easy money, don’t give you hard earned money away.
I am stopping with few hundred dollars behind, that I spend on so called educational material that I bought from racing gurus that are laughing on my stupidity buying
they books and so called most intelligent staking software rubbish.
Those books and software are not good enough to use to start the fire for barbecue in the bush.

Not everyone can agree on anyone thing. Really if you dont like reading the systems or the rest of it, then dont read it. You are not forced to read it, no-one is forcing you to read it.

Some do it for fun (me) some others are serious. Some win, some lose. Its the thrill of the fight that makes it alright.

The forum rules clearly state. 'No religion'. I could almost taste the 'Hallelujahs' interspersed throughout that sermon Baco60 :-)

Bring on the gambling, drugs, rock and roll and women, I'm gonna die in sin !!!

Default Hi Baco

No serious punter ever said it was easy..that doesnt make it impossible either..just because you have not succeeded.

It is a matter of sorting out the material that matters from the material that doesn't..and that my friend, takes time and effort. Once you have the tools yopu then need to have the discipline..and I'll state that discipline cant be bought...it is the most difficult -to-obtain pre- requisite for successful punting.

Some of the best learning I found was from cheaply obtained books on the subject... Some of the "old school" stuff is still relevent today...

If you have only lost a few hundred dollars, I suggest that you havent tried hard enough LOL. To profit long term from punting is to achieve what the overwhelming majority of punters cannot.Take on an easier task if you cant enjoy life in this arena.

I can understand that you may feel burned by the odd shark out there...I'll leave by stating that there are some winning materials and methods right here on this forum...available free...however, If you have had enough, by all means leave, and let the rest of us take our own journey and experience life for ourselves, in our own ways.

All the best to you in whatever you choose to do..

I dont know about anyone else but i find it hilarious when someone gets suckered into buying software etc and then when it all falls in a heap they blame everyone else but themselves and claim that those who are winning have just got lucky.

As Dr Phil would say you made the mistake so step up and OWN it.

At least your opinion of yourself is high. If you can't do it, then surely it must be impossible.

Davez, I think your estimate of losses might be a bit light there mate, what I lost b4 (not all the time) in todays terms would probably x your extimate x10 at least.

That was b4 I discovered "patience" which turned my betting around.

Baco you are right probably only 5% of punters win (that's if you don't consider Bookies as Punters??) but not all 5% is due to luck, though I have to agree that I've seen and been friends with afew people who just seem to have been blessed with lady luck.
I was with one bloke at the Casino in England (a few years back) who lost a couple of hundred quid over the course of the night, on our way out he said hang on I'll just put this quid in the One Armed Bandit, and proceeded to hit the 250 quid jackpot!! (true story.)
