Not much talk about the Adelaide Cup, it is a GR1 afterall.

For mine disregard all horses that have run 3200 b4 and failed..
( this works well on the mel cup) that will leave you with a lot less horses to sort thru... having said that my ratings have come up with 2 failures in the top 4 .. go figure.. Also IMHO horses that have NOT had a run at 3200 ARE NOT at a disadvantage and need to be looked at closely. good luck with it... I think Tubular Bells will win he is pretty good.. and has obviously been set for this race, has a great jock and is the horse on the up...

Well done with these. They were my two main bets for today. I've been waiting for AGES for Was That You to return!!! It was very impressive last time in. If it hadn't been out for so long, I reckon it would have been odds on today. And Marju Snip is very impressive. She just keeps winning.

Oh, and the Trifecta was nice in the cup too.
